HomeMy WebLinkAbout0963 Resolution• RESOLUTION NO. 963 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC FEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A CERTAIN STREET WITHIN COLUMBIA ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion of the aforesaid street sought to be vacated; and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following described street be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. December 3, 1974. The easterly and westerly 10 feet of Meridian Avenue adjoining Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Lots 1 and 20, Block 2; Lots 1 and 20, Block 3; Lots 8 and 9, Block 4; Lots 8 and 9, Block 5; Lots 1 and 20, Block 6; Lots 1 and 20, Block 7; Lots 8 and 9, Block 8; Lots 8 and 9, Block 9; Lots 1 -and 20, Block 10 all in Columbia Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 68, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said petition as required by law. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 6 Nm/PmhPr 1974. day of ATTES LEO E.
