A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE AN ALLEY IN THE URBAN RENEWAL AREA
EXCEPTING PUBLIC EASEMENTS WHERE REQUIRED
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the best interest of
the City of Pasco to vacate an alley in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public
easements where required in order to promote the development; and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following alley in
in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public easements where required will be before
the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington,
at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the fifteenth day of October, 1974.
The north -south alley in Block 133, Pasco Land
Company's First Addition lying north of the
north right-of-way line of Columbia Street and
south of the south right-of-way line of the
east -west alley in said Block 133, as recorded
in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin
County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing
on said vacation as required by law.
