A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE CERTAIN ALLEYS AND STREETS
WITHIN PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of"the aforesaid streets and alleys sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described streets and alleys be held before the City Council in the City Council, Pasco
City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. October 15, 1974.
1. New York Street from the east right-of-way line of Oregon
Avenue to the west right-of-way line of California Avenue
lying adjacent to Blocks 139, 140, 143 and 144 Pasco Land
Company's First Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 39
Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
2. Idaho Avenue from the north: right-of-way line of Chicago
Street to the south right-of-way line of New York Street
lying adjacent to Blocks 139 and 144, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Book of
Plats, Franklin County, Washington
3. The north -south alleys in Blocks 139 and 144 lying between
the north right-of-way line of Chicago Street and the south
right-of-way line of New York Street, all in Pasco Land
Company's First Addition, as recorded in Volume B, Page 39,
Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
