A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE
URBAN RENEWAL AREA EXCEPTING PUBLIC EASEMENTS
WHERE REQUIRED
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined it to be the best interests of
the City of Pasco to vacate certain streets and alleys in the Urban Renewal Area
excepting public easements where required in order to promote the development and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following streets and
alleys in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public easements where required will be
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Wash-
ington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the sixth day of August, 1974.
1. That portion of Hagerman Street lying east of the east
right-of-way line of Front Avenue and west of the west
right-of-way line of Main Avenue lying between Block
100, Pasco Land Company's First Addition as recorded
in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin County,
and Block 101, Northern Pacific Plat of the town of
Pasco, as recorded in Volume B, Page 32, Book of Plats,
Franklin County, Washington.
2. That portion of Marvin Street lying east of the east
right-of-way of Front Avenue and west of the west right-
of-way line of Main Avenue lying between Blocks 99 and
100, Pasco Land Company's First Addition as recorded
in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin County.
3. That portion of Lytle Street lying east of the east
right-of-way of Front Avenue and west of the west right-
ofrway line of Main Avenue lying between Blocks 98 and 99,
Pasco Land Company's First Addition as recorded in Volume
B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin County.
4. The north -south alleys lying within Blocks 99 and 100, Pasco
Land Company's First Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page
39, Books of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
5. The north -south and east -west alleys within Block 101, Northern
Pacific Plat of the town of Pasco, as recorded in Volume B, Page
32, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing
on said vacation as required by law.
