RESOLUTION NO. 951
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE AN ALLEY WITHIN PASCO
LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of the aforesaid alley sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following des-
cribed alley be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers, Pasco
City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. July 2, 1974.
The north -south alley in Block 145, Pasco
Land Company's First Addition as recorded
in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin
County, Washington lying between the north
right-of-way line of Yakima Street and the
south right-of-way line of Chicago Street
Section 2.' That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 4
