A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS
WITHIN FREY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon
the portion of the streets and alleys sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described streets and alleys be held before the City Council in the City Council
Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., March 19, 1974.
Cincinnatti Street from the East right-of-way
line of Utah Avenue to the West right-of-way
line of Nevada Avenue together: with the North-
South alleys in Blocks 54 and 57 of Frey's
Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 16,
Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 19
day of February
