A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ACTING
CITY MANAGER FOR THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, Mr. M. B. Winegar, City Manager, has resigned his position
and will no longer be "on the job" effective on or about February 13, 1974; and
WHEREAS, The City Council is currently reviewing applications for the pur-
pose of filling that vacancy; and
WHEREAS, In the interim an Acting Manager should be appointed; NOW,
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Mr. Harry D. Kinzer shall be and hereby is appointed Acting City
Manager of the City of Pasco for an indefinite term commencing on or about
February 13, 1974.
Section 2. The salary for the Acting Manager shall be at the rate of $1, 750 per
month plus car allowance as included in the 1974 budget.
Section 3. The Acting Manager shall serve on such Boards and Committees as are
currently assigned to the City Manager of the City of Pasco.
Section 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage as
required by law.
