RESOLUTION NO. 941
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A STREET WITHIN
BOLIN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk
and signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the
'private property abutting upon the portion of the aforesaid
street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition;
NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating
the following described street be held before the City Council
in the City Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of
8:00 P.M., January 15, 1974.
That portion of North Second Avenue lying
between the southerly right-of-way line of
west North Street and the northerly right-
of-way line of west Pearl Street, Bolin's
Addition, as recorded in Volume C, Page 49,
Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
Hearing on said petition as required by law.
