RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A CERTAIN ALLEY WITHIN
HELM'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
portion of the aforesaid alley sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described alley be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers,
Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., January 2, 1974:
The northerly half of the north -south alley in
Block 5, Helm's Second Addition lying between
the southerly right-of-way line of West Clark
Street and the northerly right-of-way line of
the east -west alley, all in Block 5, Helm's
Second Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page
25, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 4
day of December 1973.
