A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY H. H.
HOWZE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY UNDER JOB NO. 70-12
AND 70-18 ON ELM AVENUE
WHEREAS, the work done by H. H. Howze Construction Company, under Job
No. 70-12 and Job No. 70-18, Elm Avenue Construction has been duly examined by the
City Engineer and the City Engineer having found that the work on said project has
been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and
it appears that the City should accept the same and concur in the Engineer's re-
commendation, NOW THEREFORE;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendation
and finds that work done under Job No. 70-12 and Job No. 70-18, Elm Avenue has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and there-
fore, the City Council should accept the same.
Section 2. That the City of Pasco does noxi accept the work done by H. H.
Howze Construction Company, on Job No. 70-12 and Job No. 70-18, Elm Avenue as the
same been completed by contractor .in accordance with the plans and specifications
of said project.
Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
