HomeMy WebLinkAbout0936 Resolution• RESOLUTION NO. 936 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE URBAN RENEWAL AREA EXCEPTING PUBLIC EASEMENTS WHERE REQUIRED WHEREAS, The City Council has determined it to be the best interests of the City of Pasco to vacate certain streets and alleys in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public easements where required in order to promote the development and WHEREAS, A public hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a public hearing for vacating the following streets and alleys in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public easements where required will be before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the fourth day of December, 1973. 1. The portion of Hayes Street lying adjacent to Blocks 127 and 128, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County, Book of Plats, which is east of the right-of-way line of Oregon Avenue, and west of the east line of said plat. 2. The portion of Holden Street lying adjacent to Blocks 128, 129, and 154 Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is east of the east right- of-way line of Oregon Avenue and west of the east line of said plat. 3. The portion of Lytle Street lying adjacent to Blocks 153 and 154, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is east of the east right-of-way line of Idaho Avenue and west of the east line of said plat. 4. The portion of Marvin Street lying adjacent to Blocks 152 and 153, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is east of the east right-of-way line of Idaho Avenue and west of the east line of said plat. 5. The portion of Hagerman Street lying adjacent to Blocks 151, 152, 156, and 157, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is east of the right-of-way line of Idaho Avenue and west of the east line of said plat. 6. The portion of California Avenue lying adjacent to Blocks 152, 153, and 156, Pasco Land Companys First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is south of the north right-of-way line of Hagerman Street and west of the east line of said plat. 7. The portion of Idaho Avenue lying adjacent to Blocks 128, 129, and 154 Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats, which is south of the south right-of-way line of Lytle Street and west of the east line of said plat. 8. The north -south alley lying within Block 128, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats. 9. The north -south alley lying within Block 151, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats. 10. The north -south alley lying within Block 152, Pasco Land Compftny's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats. 11. The north -south alley lying within Block 154, Pasco Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats. Section 2.
