RESOLUTION NO. 935
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE "PASCO YOUTH
COMMISSION" OF THE CITY OF PASCO AND RE -
PEALING RESOLUTION NO. 853.
WHEREAS, It is the desire of the City Council of the City of Pasco to
terminate the Commission due to lack of participation by the Youth in part
a result of the lowering of the voting age in the State of Washington and in
part because of increased school activities that are meeting the needs of
youth;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Repealing Resolution No. 853. Resolution 853 of the City of
Pasco relating to Pasco Youth Commission is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Reinstatement of Previous Resolutions. The repeal of Resolution
853 shall not reinstate Resolution Number 789 or other Resolutions dealing
with the Youth Commission.
Section 3. Effective Date. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and approval as required by law.
