A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A STREET AND ALLEYS
WITHIN PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
portion of the aforesaid street and alleys sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described street and alleys be held before the City Council in the City Council
Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., November 20, 1973:
That portion of Yakima lying between the easterly
right-of-way line of Main Avenue and the westerly
right-of-way line of Oregon Avenue and the north -
south alleys in Blocks 115 and 116 all in Pasco
Land Company's First Addition as recorded in Vol-
ume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin County,
Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition,:as required by law.
