A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A CERTAIN STREET
AND ALLEY WITHIN PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by
the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
portion of the aforesaid street and alley sought to be vacated; and
FORE
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THERE-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following de-
scribed street and alley be held before the City Council in the City Council
Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. , October 2, 1973:
The portion of Idaho Avenue lying
between the South right-of-way
line of Spokane Street and the
North right-of-way line of New York
Street along with the North/South
alley lying between the aforemen-
tioned streets in Block 143, Pasco
Land Company's First Addition, as
recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Book
of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
