A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY LEDGERWOOD
CONSTRUCTION UNDER JOB NO. 73-02, GOLF CART STOR-
AGE BUILDING
WHEREAS, the work done by Ledgerwood Construction, under Job No. 73-02, Golf
Cart Storage Building has been duly examined by the City Engineer and the City Engineer
having found that the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications of said project, and it appears that the City should now accept
the same and concur in the Engineer's recommendations, NOW THEREFORE;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendations
and find that the work done under Job No. 73-02, Golf Cart Storage Building has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project, and therefore,
the City Council should accept the same.
Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done by Ledger -
wood Construction, on Job No. 73-02, Golf Cart Storage Building and the same has been
completed by said Contractor in accordance with plans and specifications of said project.
Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of the work.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, this 21
day of August , 1973.
