RESOLUTION NO. 928
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A CERTAIN ALLEY WITHIN
FREY'S ADDITION WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of the aforesaid alley sought to be vacated,; and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described alley be held before the City Council in the City Council in the City
Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall at the hour of 8:00 P.M., August 7, 1973,
The North-South alley located between the South
right-of-way line of Tw `n—J'dad. Street and the
North right-of-way line of Superior Street,
Block 42, Frey's Addition, as Recorded in
Volume B, Page 16, Book of Plats, Franklin
County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on
said petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this 3rd
day of July , 1973.
