RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE CERTAIN ALLEYS WITHIN
NORTHERN PACIFIC PLAT WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk and signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion
of the aforesaid alleys sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, A Public hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P,ASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described alleys be held before the City Council in the City Council in the City
Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall at the hour of 8:00 P.M., July 3, 1973.
That portion of the East-West alley lying
Easterly of the West line of Lots 15 and 20
Block 4, Northern Pacific Plat as Recorded
in Volume B, Page 32, Book of Plats Frank-
lin County, Washington and that portion of
the North-South alley lying North of the
North line of Lots 22, B�(Iock 4, Northern
Pacific Plat.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this
