A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EKECUTION OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT FOR
NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITIES PROJECT UNDER
SECTION 703 OF THE HOUSING AND URBAN DE-
VELOPMENT ACT OF 1965, NUMBERED CONTRACT
NO. NFP -WA -10-19-1000 (G) , BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON AND THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
WHEREAS, the United States of America (herein called the "Government")
has tendered to the City of Pasco, Washington (herein called the "Public Body")
a proposed Contract for Neighborhood Facilities Grant under Section 703 of the
Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965, under which the Government would
make a grant of Federal funds to the Public Body to aid in financing the cost of a
certain Neighborhood Facilities Project designated Project No. NFP -WA -10-19-1000
at the site described in such proposed Contract; and
WHEREAS, the Public Body has given due consideration to said proposed
Contract; NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The proposed Contract for Neighborhood Facilities Project under
Section 703 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965, designated Con-
tract No. NFP -WA -10-19-1000 (G), consisting of Parts I and II, under and subject
to the terms and conditions of which the Government would make a grant of Federal
funds to the Public Body to aid in financing the cost of a certain Neighborhood
Facilities Project, designated Project No. NFP -WA -10-19-1000, situated in the
City of Pasco, Washington is hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The City Manager of the Public Body is hereby authorized to exe-
cute said proposed Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Public Body, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Public Body on each such counterpart, and to forward such counterparts
to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for execution on behalf of the
Government, together with such other documents relative to the approval and exe-
cution thereof as well as to this Resolution as may be required by the Government.

Section 3. The Finance Director (Ex -Officio City Clerk) is hereby authorized
to file requisitions, together with necessary supporting documents, with the Govern-
ment, from time to time, requesting payment to be made on account of the grant pro-
vided for in the said Contract, and to do and perform all other such things and acts
required to be done or performed in order to obtain such payments.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately after
its passage as required by law.
