HomeMy WebLinkAbout0918 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 918 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 1 OF A. M. WEHE' S WHITEHOUSE ADDITION. WHEREAS, The City Council has determined it to be in the best interests of the City of Pasco to vacate the North-South alley in Block 1, A. M. Wehe's Whitehouse Addition; and FORE, WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation; NOW, THERE- THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing for the following described alley will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8:00) P.M. Pacific Daylight Saving Time, the lst day of May, 1973:. The North-South alley between the South right-of-way line of East Clark Street and the North right-of-way line of East Lewis Street lying within Block 1, A. M. Wehe's Whitehouse Addition as recorded in Volume "B", Page 56, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington. Section 2.
