A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK DONE BY A. V. DEBLASIO,
INC., UNDER JOB NO. 72-04 SCHEDULE NO. 1 WATER MAIN AND
SCHEDULE NO. 2 SANITARY SEWER IN THE VICINITY OF ROAD 32.
WHEREAS, the work done by A. V. DeBlasio, Inc., under Job No. 72-04 Schedule
No. lyWater Main, and Schedule No. 2,Sanitary Sewer, in the vicinity of Road 32 has
been duly examined by the City Eng=ineer and the City Engineer having found that
the work on said project has been completed in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications of said project, and it appears that the City should now accept the same
and concur in the Engineer's recommendation, now therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council concurs in the Engineer's recommendations
and finds that work done under Job No. 72-04 Schedule No. 19 Water Main,and Schedule
No. 2�Sanitary Sewer, in the vicinity of Road 32 has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications of said project, and therefore, the City Council
should accept the same.
Section 2. That the said City of Pasco does now accept the work done by A.U.
DeBlasio, Inc., on Job No. 72-04 Schedule No. 1, Water Main,and Schedule No. 2j
Sanitary Sewers in the vicinity of Road 32 as the same has been completed by said
contractor in accordance with the plans and specifications of said project.
Section 3. That the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington
State Tax Commission be notified of the acceptance of this work.
