A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE PORTION OF CERTAIN STREETS
AND ALLEYS WITHIN GRAY'S AMENDED ADDITION LYING
WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed the City Clerk signed,by the owners
of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the portion of the
aforesaid Street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, A Public hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
11 Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the following
described streets and alleys be held before the City Council in the City Council
Chambers, Pasco City Hall at the hour of 8:00 p.m., March 6, 1973.
The following Streets and Alleys are located within Gray's Amended Addition
as recorded in Volume B, Page 20, Book of Plats, Franklin County, Washington.
1. That portion of East "D" Street lying easterly
of the westerly right-of-way line of South 3rd
and westerly of the westerly right-of-way line
of South Gray Avenue.
2• That portion of East "B" Street lying easterly
of the northerly right-of-way line of East
Ainsworth Avenue and westerly of the west
right-of-way line of South Gray Avenue
3. That portion of South 4th Avenue lying
northerly of the northerly right-of-way
line of East Ainsworth Avenue and southerly
the north line of Lot 26, Block 14, Gray's
Amended Addition
4. That portion of South 3rd Avenue lying
northerly of the northerly right-of-way
line of East Ainsworth Avenue and southerly
of the southerly right-of-way line of East
"D" Street
5. That portion of South 2nd Avenue lying northerly
of the northerly right-of-way line of East Ainsworth
and southerly of the north line of Lot 22, Block 9,
Gray's Amended Addition
6. All alleys within Blocks 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18,;
Gray's Amended Addition
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall. give notice of a Pub.l is Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
