A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF EAST HAYS
STREET LYING WITHIN PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST
ADDITION
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by the owners
of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the part of the afore-
said Street sought to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, A Public hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for Vacating the following des-
cribed Street will be held before the City Council in the City Council Chambers,
Pasco City Hall at the hour of 8:00 p.m., the 6th day of March 1973:
The portion of East Hays Street lying east
of the easterly right-of-way line of south
Front Street and west of the westerly right-
of-way line of south Main Street as Recorded
in Volume B, Page 39, Book of Plats, Franklin
County, Washington
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
petition as required by law.
