A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE A PORTION OF ROAD 32 BETWEEN SYLVESTER
STREET AND COURT STREET LYING WITHIN THE CITY OF
PASCO.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Pasco has determined it to be in
the best interests of the City of Pasco to vacate a portion of Road 32 lying within
the City of Pasco; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, NOW, THERE-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That a Public Hearing for the vacation of the following described street
will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M. , the third day of October, 1972:
All of that portion of Road 32 lying within the north half
of the northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 9 North,
Range 29 East, W.M. , the centerline of which is the north -
south centerline of the north half of the northwest quarter
of said Section 25, except the west half lying north of a
line which is 330 feet south of the north line of said section
25, and except the west 10 feet of the east half lying north
of a line which is 230 feet south of the north line of said
section 25.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said vacation
as required by law.
