A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
WARRANTY DEED TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL
PROPERTY: The EAST 19 FEET OF LOT 7 AND ALL
OF LOTS 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK 133, PASCO LAND
COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION, FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, The City of Pasco has previously determined that
it is for the best interests of the City of Pasco that the real
property described herein be sold; and
WHEREAS, the sale has been conducted by the City of Pasco
pursuant to written competitive bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PASCO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a warranty deed, conveying the following
described real property:
The East 19 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lots 8, 9 and
10, Block 133, Pasco Land Company's First Addition,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume B of
Plats, page 39, Franklin County, Washington,
to Columbia Basin Elks Lodge No. 1222, a Washington Corporation,
who submitted the highest and best bid.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by
July,

THE GRANTOR City of Pasco, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Columbia Basin Elks Lodge No. 1222,
a Washington corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Franklin
Washington:
The East 19 feet of Lot 7 and all of Lots 8, 9 and. 10,
Block 133, Pasco Land Company's First Addition, according
to plat thereof recorded in volume B of plats, page 39.
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions
of record.
