RESOLUTION NO.' 903' ' ' "
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
WARRANTY DEED TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY: LOTS 400, 401 AND 402, BLOCK 12,
TERRACE HEIGHTS, FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has previously determined
that it is for the best interests of the City of Pasco that the
real property described herein be sold; and
WHEREAS, the sale has been conducted by the City of
Pasco pursuant to written competitive bids;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a warranty deed, conveying the following
described real property:
Lots 400, 401 and 402, Block 12, Terrace Heights,
according to the plat thereof recorded in volume
B of plats, page 53, Franklin County, Washington,
to Percy Lee and Irene Lee, his wife, who submitted the highest
and best bid.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect after its passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by
Tuly,

THE GRANTOR City .of Pasco, a municipal corporation,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable considerations
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to Percy Lee and Irene Lee, his wife,
the following described real estate,. •situated in the County of Franklin
NVashington:
Lots 400, 401 and 402, Block 12, Terrace Heights,
according to plat thereof recorded in volume B of
plats, page 53.
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions
of record.
