A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO VACATE CERTAIN ALLEYS IN HELM'S SECOND ADDI-
TION TO PASCO.
WHEREAS, The City Council has determined it to be in the best interests of
the City of Pasco to vacate certain alleys in Helm's Second Addition to
Pasco; and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said vacation; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following alleys be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M. (8:00 P.M.) Pacific Daylight
Saving Time, the 16th day of May, 1972:
1. The north -south alley of Block 11, Helm's Second
Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 25, Franklin
County Book of Plats, lying adjacent to lots 8 and 9
and adjacent to lots 24 and 25;
2. The north -south alley of Block 22, Helm's Second
Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 25, Franklin
County Book of Plats, lying adjacent to lots 8 and 9
and adjacent to lots 24 and 25;
3 . The north -south alley of Block 23, Helm's Second
Addition as recorded in Volume B, Page 25, Franklin
County Book of Plats, lying adjacent to lots 8 and 9
and adjacent to lots 24 and 25.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said
vacation as required by law.
