A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION
OF LEOLA STREET BETWEEN ROAD 22 AND ROAD 24.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk by the owners of
more than two-thirds of private property abutting upon the said street sought to
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is required on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1,. That a Public Hearing on said petition will be held before the City
Council in the Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall at the hour of 8:00 p.m., the
18th day of April, 1972 on the following described portion of Leola Street between
Road 22 and Road 24:
That portion of Leola Street from the west -line of Road 22
to the west line of Lot 5, Block 3, Swanson's Addition, and
that portion of Leola Street from the west line of Road 22
to the west line of Lot 9, Block 2, Swanson's Addition as
recorded in Volume D, Page 9, Book of Plats, Franklin County,
Washington.
Section 2. Resolution 888, which was passed by the Pasco City Council at their
regular meeting on March 7, 1972, be and hereby is repealed.
