HomeMy WebLinkAbout0888 Resolution0 RESOLUTION NO. 88$ A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE LEOLA STREET, FROM THE WEST LINE OF ROAD 22 TO THE EAST LINE OF ROAD 24, LOCATED IN SWANSON'S ADDITION AS RECORDED IN VOLUME D, PAGE 9, BOOK OF PLATS, FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON. WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the part of the afore- said Street sought to be vacated; and WHEREAS, A Public hearing is required on said Petition; NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the above described Street will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers, Pasco City Hall, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., the 4th day of April, 1972. Section 2. Noon the vacation of a portion of Leola Street: Transmitted herewith is the original Petition to Vacate a Portion of Leola Street which has been signed by all property owners. We are sending this to you on a direct basis to expedite this matter and we are sending a copy of this letter to Mr. Noon, together with a copy of the Petition.
