A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VACATE ALLEYS WITHIN BLOCKS 109 AND 113,
PASCO LAND COMPANY'S FIRST ADDITION, AND VACATION OF
MAIN STREET BETWEEN SPOKANE AND NEW YORK STREETS,
BEING THAT PORTION OF THE STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 109
AND 113.
WHEREAS, a request has been filed with the City Clerk, signed by the
owner of all the private property abutting upon the part of the aforesaid
street and alleys sought to be vacated, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is required on said petition, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the
above described street and alleys will be held before the City Council in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of 8:00 P.M. (PDST), the 5th day of October , 1971.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing
on said request as required by law.
