A RESOLUTION FIXING A TINE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION 'J'O VACATE
THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY, BLOCK 53, FREY'S ADDITION TO PASCO (more com-
monlv described as the North-South Alley between Cincinnati Street on the North
Trinidad Street on the South, Utah Avenue on the East and Colorado Street on the
West.)
`WHEREAS , a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by the owners
of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the part of the afore-
said Alley
sought to be vacated; and
WFIEREAS, a public hearing is required on said Petition; NO -,AT, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That: a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the above described
Alley
will be held before the City Coun--
cil in the !council Chambers,
