MEMBERSHIP AND LISTING TERMS OF OFFICE.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 818 is amended to read
as follows:
"Section 2. The Board shall consist of seven
members who shall be residents of the City of
Pasco or its imediate vicinity and who shall be
appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the
City Council."
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after
its passage a)s crequired by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this
6th day of July, 1971.
