A RESOLUTION ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PASCO ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF
THE COMMUNITY EXPRESSING THEIR SINCERE APPRE-
CIATION TO M R. E D H E N D L E R FOR HIS SERVICE
AS CITY COUNCILMAN OF THE CITY OF PASCO DUR-
ING EIGHT YEARS.
WHEREAS, M r. E d H e n d l e r has served as City Councilman of the City
of Pasco during the years 1962, 1963, 1964, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971;
and
WHEREAS, During this period he has vigorously and at great personal sacri-
fice worked for the improvement of the City and its residents; and
WHEREAS, Such loyalty and devotion should be formally recognized by the
City of Pasco, NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the City of Pasco hereby recognizes the many contributions made by
M r. E d H e n d 1 e r to the City of Pasco and its residents, both as a City Council-
man and in other positions of community improvement. The City hereby expresses its
sincere appreciation for this service.
Section 2. That this Resolution be entered in the official records of the City of Pasco
in respect for these services .
Section 3. That this Resolution be in full force and effect after its passage as re-
quired by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as required by law this day
