A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO REQUEST
THE NATURAL RESOURCES BOARD TO ESTABLISH HARBOR
LINES FOR THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS, the Natural Resources Board has been designated as the
harbor lines commission for the State of Washington, and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco desires that harbor lines be established
in front of the City, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to request of the Natural
Resources Board that it establish harbor lines in front of the City of
Pasco.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after
its passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED as provided by law this
4 day of May , 1971.
