A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUM-
BER 816 AS FURTHER AMENDED BY RESOLU-
TION NUMBER 848 TITLED A RESOLUTION
CREATING A POLICE COMMUNITY RELATIONS
ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF PASCO,
PROVIDING FOR THE FORMATION OF THE AD-
VISORY COUNCIL, METHOD OF APPOINTMENT,
TERM OF OFFICE, PURPOSE OF ADVISORY COUN-
CIL, AND RESPONSIBILITIES THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 816 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section 3. Term of Office. Terms of office shall com-
mence on May first and shall be for two years except in
the case of the initial appointments to the Advisory Council.
The first 7 people named shall be for one year terms; the
remainder for two year terms."
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage
and approval as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED this 6 day of
Apri 1 , 1971.
