A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO
VACATE CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE URBAN
RENEWAL AREA EXCEPT PUBLIC EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, The Council has determined it to be in the best interests
of the City of Pasco to vacate streets and alleys except public easements
in the Urban Renewal Area in order to promote the development and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO GO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the following streets
and alleys in the Urban Renewal Area excepting public easements will be held
before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the second day of Parch, 1971.
1. The north -south alley and the east -west alley lying within
Block 102, Plat of Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 32-A,
Franklin County Book of Plats.
2. The portion of the east -west alley lying west of the west line
of the north -south alley within Block 120, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39,
Franklin County Book of Plats.
3. The portion of Main Street lying south of the south line of
Lewis Street and north of the north line of Columbia Street and
adjacent to Block 102, Plat of Pasco as recorded in Volume B,
Page 32-A, Franklin County Book of Plats and Block 120, Pasco
Land Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B,
Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats.
4. The portion of Main Street lying south of the south line of
Holden Street and north of the north line of Hayes Street and
adjacent to Blocks 97 and 125, Pasco Land Company's First Addition
to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin County Book
of Plats.
5. The north -south alley lying within Block 125, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
6. The north -south alley lying within Block 127, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
7. The north -south alley lying within Block 129, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
8. The north -south alley lying within Block 153, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing
on said vacation as required by law.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE 'TAKE NOTICE that -the City Council of the City of Pasco,
Washington will hold a Public hearing in the City Hall, Pasco,
Washington, on the 2nd day of March, 1.971, at the hour of 8:00
P.M. for the purpose of vacating the following streets and alleys.
1. The north -south alley and the east -west alley lying -within
Block 102, Plat of Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 32-A,
Franklin County Book of Plats.
2. That portion of the east -west alley lying west of the west
line of the north -south alley within Block 120, Pasco Land
Company's First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B,
Page 39, Franklin County Book of Plats.
3.* The portion of Main Street lying south of the south line of
Lewis Street and north of the north line of Columbia Street and
adjacent to Block 102, Plat of Pasco as recorded in Volume B,
Page 32-A, Franklin County Book of Plats and Block 120, Pasco

6. The north -south alley lying within Block 127, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
7. The north -south alley lying within Block 129, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of Plats.
8. The north -south alley lying within Block 153, Pasco Land Company's
First Addition to Pasco as recorded in Volume B, Page 39, Franklin
County Book of plats.
NOW, THEREFORE, let all persons concerned take notice of the time, place
and purpose of such Public Hearing so that they 7 ight attend and present
