HomeMy WebLinkAbout0845 ResolutionRESOLUTION N0. 845 A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO VACATE THE -SOUTHERLY TEM (10) FEET OF JAY STREET. WHEREAS, The Council has determined it to be in the best interests of the City of Pasco to vacate the southerly ten (10) feet of Jay Street; and WHEREAS, a public hearing is required on said vacation, now therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a Public Hearing for vacating the southerly ten (10) feet of Jay Street as platted in Swanson's Addition as recorded in. Volume "D", page 9, Franklin County Book of Plats, lying westerly of the West right- of-way of Road 22 will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the hour of eight (8) P.M., the sixteenth day of February, 1971. Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public Hearing on said vacation as required by law. Passed and approved this la day of J'anuary , 1971. G. E.
