A RESOLUTION FIXING A TIME FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE
The East/West Alley between Myrtle
Avenue and Walnut Avenue and "A"
and "B" Streets; Block 3, Owen's Ad-
dition to the City of Pasco.
WHEREAS a Petition has been filed with the City Clerk signed by the
owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon the
part of the aforesaid a11e y sought to be vacated,
and
WHEREAS a public hearing is required on said Petition, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Public Hearing on said petition for vacating the
above described all e y will be held before the City Council
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in Pasco, Washington, at the
hour of eight (8) P. M., the 15 day of September , 19 70.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall give notice of a Public
Hearing on said petition as required by law.
