RESOLUTION NO. 825
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY MANAGER
FOR THE CITY OF PASCO.
WHEREAS, Mr. Max L. Pope, City Manager, resigned his position effective
July 3, 1970 creating a vacancy in that position; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has contacted several possible candidates for
the purpose of filling that vacancy; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has made their selection and requested Mr.
M. B. Winegar to fill that vacancy; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Mr. M. B. Winegar shall be and hereby is appointed City
Manager of the City of Pasco for an indefinite term commencing August 3rd,
1970.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage
as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 4th day of August, 1970.
