A RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE
"HIGHLAND PARK FUND".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Treasurer be and she hereby is authorized to
establish a new Fund to be known as the "Highland Park Fund."
Section 2. The City Treasurer shall pay into said Fund, the sum
of Three Thousand Seven Hundred -Fifty Dollars ($3,750.00), payable to the
City of Pasco by the State of Washington under State Warrant Number 310493.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect,
after its passage as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 19th
day of May, 1970.
