HomeMy WebLinkAbout0687 ResolutionRESOLUTION NO. 687 A RESOLUTION FIXING APRIL 19, 1966, AS THE DATE FOR HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1222. WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the construction of certain sidewalks, within the City of Pasco has been filed with the City Clerk and reported to the City Council by the City Engineer pursuant to Ordinance No. 1222 as follows: IMPROVEMENT Combined curb and sidewalk along the West Side of Hickory Avenue, 5 feet wide from Court North to the existing sidewalk; and a 4-4 foot width sidewalk along the North side of Court Street from Hickory Avenue West to West property line. NAME OF OWNER OR REPUTED OWNER George A. Myers, and Esther Louise Myers DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: That part of the South half of the Southeast quarter of the South- west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 9 North, Range 30 East, W. M., in Franklin County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the said S2 SE4 SW4 SE4, running thence north along the east line of said tract 329. 7 feet, more or less, to the northeast corner of said Sz SE -1 SW4 SE4, thence west along the north line of said SZ SE4 SW4 SE4, a distance of 131. 90 feet; thence south along a line parallel to the east line of said S4 SE4 SW4 SE4 to the south line of said tract, thence east along the south line of said Sz SE -1 SW4 SE4 to the point of beginning; less the South 40 feet and the East 30 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the hearing on confirmation of said assessment roll shall be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers on the 19th day of April, 1966, at the hour of 8:70 p. m. at which time and place all persons who desire to object thereto may appear and present such objections, if any, they may have. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the owner or reputed owner of the property affected by the assessment roll of the time and place of said hearing. Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication as required by law.
