RESOLUTION NO. 641
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City
of Pasco, Washington, declaring its intention to
install an 8" sanitary sewer line together with
manholes on that portion of Sycamore Street
commencing at A Street lying within Kurtzman's
First Addition to Pasco according to the plat
thereof recorded in Vol. "B" of plats, page 29,
records of Franklin County, Washington, and to
create a local improvement district to assess
the cost and expense of said improvement against
properties in such district specially benefited
thereby; and notifying all persons who desire to
object to said improvementlo appear and present
their objections at a meeting of the City Council
to be held on May 4 , 1965.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Pasco, Washington, to order the in-stallation:of".an 8" sanitary sewer
line together with manholes on that portion of Sycamore Street commencing
at A Street lying within Kurtzman.'s First Addition to Pasco according to the plat
thereof recorded in Vol. "B" of plats, page 29, records of Franklin County,
Washington.
All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and
specifications therefor prepared by George R. Fisher, City Engineer.
Section 2. That the entire cost and expense of said improvement
shall be borne by and assessed against .the property specially benefited by
such improvement b be included in the local improvement district to be
established, embracing, as near as may be, all property specially benefited
by such improvement; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event. that actual
total cost and expense of said improvement shall exceed the preliminary cost
estimate of the City Engineer by more than ten percent, the City shall pay
that portion of said cost and expense which exceed said ten percent.
Section 3. That all persons who may desire to object b the
improvement herein mentioned are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Pasco, Washington, at 8:00 p.m., on May 4 �. 1965,
which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said
proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for determining the
method of payment for said improvement.
Section 4. George R. Fisher, City Engineer, is hereby directed
to submit to the City Council on or prior to the 4: day of May..
1965, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
The foregoing resolution was ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Pasco, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this 6th day of
April, 1965.
