RESOLUTION NO. ___592-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETED PLANNING
DOCUMENTS PREPARED WITH AN ADVANCE FROM THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE TERMS OF PUBLIC
LAW 560, 83RD CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES,' AS
AMENDED,)
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco accepted an offer from the United States
Government for an advance for preparation of planning documents pertaining to
a public work described as a sanitary sewage collection and pumping facilities;
and
WHEREAS, Cornell, Howland, Hayes & Merryfield was engaged to
prepare the planning documents for the aforesaid public work and said engineer
has completed the documents and submitted them for approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully
studied and are considered to comprise adequate planning of the public work
essential to the community and within the financial ability of the City of Pasco
to construct; NOW, THEREFORE,`
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the planning documents submitted by Cornell, Howland,
Hayes & Merryfield as the basis for construction of the sanitary sewage col-
lection and pumping facilities dated May, 1964 and the state-
ments in Form CFA -430, Request for Review and Approval of Planning Docu-
ments, in connection with Housing and Home Finance Agency Project No.
P -Wash. -3232 be and the same are hereby approved; and that certified copies
of this resolution be filed with the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
Section 2.' This resolution shall be in full force and effect after its
passage as required by law.

CERTIFICATION
I, the under signed, the duly qualified and acting City
Clerk of the City of Pasco and the keeper of the records of the City
of Pasco due certify as follows;
1. That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of
the resolution as finally adopted at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Pasco on the 7th" day of -�-- ;4 , 1964, and
duly filed in my office.
2. That said meeting was duly convened and held in all respects
in accordance with law and to the extent required by law due and proper
notice of such meeting was given; that a legal quorum was present
throughout the meeting, and a legally sufficient number of members
of the City Council voted in the proper manner and for the adoption of
said resolution; that all other requirements and proceedings under the
law incident to the proper adoption or passage of said resolution, in-
cluding publication, if required, have been duly fulfilled, carried out,
and otherwise observed; and that I am authorized to execute this- certifi-
cation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 8th
day of July 1964.
