A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $1, 200. 00 FROM
ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER TO INSPECTOR UNDER THE ENGINEER'S
DEPARTMENT OF THE 196.0 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF PASCO
WHEREAS when the budget for the year 1960 was made and
adopted, the City Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the amount
needed for the salary for the Assistant City Engineer, and did not estimate
the amount needed for an Inspector to inspect engineering work, Local
Improvement Districts, and street and water construction of the City of
Pasco, and
WHEREAS when Resolution No. 461 was adopted the full amount
necessary for the Inspector was not fully contemplated, and
WHEREAS transfers may be made within the general classes of
the Budget by resolution in accordance with R.'C. W. 35. 33. 120, and
WHEREAS this transfer is for the best interests of the City of
Pasco, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The. sum of $1, 200. 00 shall be transferred from
Assistant City Engineer to Inspector under the Engineerts Department of the
1960 Budget of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect after
its passage as required by law.
