A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
$165. 21 FROM LIGHT,
HEAT, WATER AND PHONE TO BUILDING., IMPROVEMENTS AND
R.EPA.IRS IN THE AMOUNT OF $115,, 21 AND TO EQUIPMENT RENTAL
..IN THE AMOUNT OF $50. 00, ALL UNDER THE LIBRARY DEPART-
MENT SECTION OF THE 1959 BUDGET.
WHEREAS when the budget for the year 1959 was made and adopted, :the. City Council
of the City'of Pasco overestimated the amount needed for light, heat, water and phone and
under -estimated the amount needed for building improvementsLan:d repairs and equipment
r ental, ' and
WHEREAS, transfers maybe made within -the general classes. of the budget byre-
solution
yre-solution in accordance with R. Co W. 35.33. 120, and
WHEREAS this-'tran'sfe.r ;is for the best interests of the City of Pasco, NOW, THERE-
FORE,
THE. CITY C:OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASC:O DO, RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The. sum of $165. 21 shall be. transferred from Light, Heat, Water and phone
to Building Impr.ovements'and Repair's in the amount of $115. 21 and to Equipment Rental in the
amount of $50. 00, all of, the Library Department section of the 1959 budget of the City of
Pasco.
Section 2.�. This resolution shall be in full force and effect ,after,its passage as required
by law.
