THE WATER DEPARTMENT SECTION OF THE 196:0 BUDGET
OF THE .C.ITY OF PASC,O UNDER THE TERMS OF R. C. W. 35.

WHEREAS when the budget for the year, 196.0 was made and adopted, the City
Council of the City of Pasco Ever -estimated the. amount needed for Water and Sewer
Department Operators and through an oversight failed to provide for vacation and sick
leave for employees of the Water and Sewer Department, and
WHEREAS transfers may be made within the general classes of the budget
by resolution in accordance with R. C. W. 35. 33. 120, and
WHEREAS this transfer is for the best interests of the City of Pasco, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RES:GEVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $1, 000. 00 shall be transferred from "Operators W & S (6)
($2, 30; $2.35 $2. 40) & $2. 45 & O. T. )" to "Vacation and Sick Leave" under the Water
Department section of the 1960 budget of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage as re-
quired by law.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17 day of
November, 1959..
