A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $1, 237. 81
FROM "REL. OPER.--SEWER PLANT" TO THE FOLLOWING
ITEMS, ALL OF THE WATER DEPARTMENT SECTION OF
THE 1959 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF PAS,CO: $3.45 TO
'1OFFICE MANAGER" $49.96 TO "OPER. FILT. PLANT (3)'';
$1,173. 26 TO "REL. OPER.--FILT. PLANT"; $17'. 64 TO
"OPERATOR --SEWER PLANT" AND $3. 50 TO "METER
REPAIR & STOREKEEPER", UNDER THE TERMS OF
R.G.W. .35.33.120
WHEREAS when the budget for the year 1959 was made and adopted the City
Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the amount needed for the Relief Operator
of the Sewer Plant and under -estimated the amount needed for the Office Manager,
the- Operators at the .Filter Plant, Relief Operator at the Filter Plant, the Operator
at the Sewer Plant, and the Meter Repair and Storekeeper because of the newly
enected. Minim urn Wage and Hour Act and because additional help is necessary at the
filter plant, and
WHEREAS. transfers may be made within the general classes of the budget
by resolution in accordance with R. C. W. 35. 33. 120, and
WHEREAS this transfer is. for the best interests of the City of Pasco, NOW,.
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS. FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $1, 237. 81 shall be transferred from "Rel. Oper.
Sewer Plant" to the following items, all under the Water Department section, of the
1959 budget of the City of Pasco: $3..45 to, '-'-Office Manager"; $49 9.6. to'''Oper. Fil.t.
Plant '(3)"; $1,173. 26 to "Rel, Oper.--Filt. Plant'!;, $7). 64 to ''Operator -Sewer Plarttl"
and $3. 50 to '''Meter Repair & Storekeepers%
Section 2. This eesolution shall be in full force and effect after its pa.ssage
as required by law.
