WHEREAS under Resolution No. 432 the sum of $67, 312. 65, was transferred-
from
ransferredfrom the. Permanent Street Construction and Storm Sewer Construction Reserve Fund to the
L. L D. No. 64 Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS tinder. Resolution No. 43,2 the sum of $26, 050. 56 was transferred
from the :'.C:urnulative Reserve Fund for Permanent Street Construction and Storm Sewer.
Construction to L. L D. 'No. 64. Construction. Fund, and
WHEREAS the City of, Pa,sc;,o ,agree'd'to' contribute the sure of $20, 000. 00 to the
construction of LI.'D. No. 64 from the ?: Cumulative Reserve' Fund for Permanent Street
Construction and Storm Sewer Construction, and,
WHEREAS the bonds `for'_Locdl °Improvement District No. 64 have now been
sold and the aforesaid loans should be transferred back to the appropriate funds, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAS.CO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of. $67, 312. 65 shall be transferred from Li L D. No. 64
Construction Fund back to the Permanent Street Construction and Storm Sewer Construction
Reserve Fund.
Section 2. The sum of $ 6, 050. 56 shall be transferred from Local Improve-
ment District No. 64 Construction Fund back to the .,Cumulative Reserve Fund for Perma-
nent Street Construction and Storm .Sewer Construction.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17 day of
November, 1959.
