A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $860. 00
FROM "AIRPORT STREET REPAIR" TO "LIABILITY IN-
SURANCE AND BONDS" IN THE AIRPORT DEPARTMENT
UNDER THE 1959 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF PASCO UNDER.
THE TERMS OF R. C. W. 3 5. 33. 120.
WHEREAS when the Budget for the Year 1959 was made and adopted, the City K�
Council of the City of Pasco over-estimated the amount needed for airport street re--
pair

pair and under -estimated the amount needed for liability insurance and bonds, and
WHEREAS- there has been a substantial increase in the premium of the liability
insurance for the airport and the further sum of $860. 00 is needed therefor, and
WHEREAS transfers may be made within the general classes of the budget by
resolution in accordance with R. C. W. 35. 33.120, and
WHEREAS the transfer is for the best interests of the City of Pasco, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum. of $860. 00 shall be transferred from 'Airport Street Repairs'
to It -Liability Insurance and. Bonds" in the Airport Department section under the 1959
Budget of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage as
required by law.
PASSED by the Council and. APPROVED by the Mayor this 20th day of October,
1959.
