A. RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE WAGES AND HOURS OF CITY
EMPLOYEES AND AMENDING SECTION 1 OF RESOLUTION NO 442,
THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section_ 1 of Resolution No,. 442 is hereby amended to delete therefrom
the Captain of the Police Department from those city employees, employed in a bona
fide. executive, administrative, or professional capacity as defined under Section (5) (c)
of the. Washington Minimum Wage and Hour Act,
Section 2. This resolution shall be retroactive to. and effective from June 11, 1959.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this §— day of
September, 1959.
