A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $550. 00 FROM
"City Hospital Expense" UNDER "Health and Sanitation" TO
"Insect Spray, Mtnce. & Oper. 11 AND "Labor" UNDER THE
"Spray Program" UNDER THE 1959 BUDGET OF THE CITY
OF PASCO UNDER THE TERMS R. C. W. 3 5. 33.120.
WHEREAS when the budget for the year 1959 was made and adopted, the City
Council of the City of Pasco over estimated the amount needed for City Hospital Ex-
pense and under estimated the amount needed for the Spray Program, and
WHEREAS the further fund of $550. 00 is needed to complete the Spray Program
for the balance of the year 1959, and
WHEREAS the Spray Program is a part of the Health and Sanitation Program of
the City of Pasco, and
WHEREAS transfers may be made within the general classes of the budget by
resolution in accordance with R. C. W. 35.33.120, and
WHEREAS. this transfer is for the best interest of the City of Pasco, NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The sum of $550. 00 shall be transferred from "City Hospital
Expense" under the "Health and Sanitation" section of the 1959 budget of the City of
Pasco as follows:
$300. 00 to "Insect Spray, Maintenance & Operation" and $250. 00 to "Labor"
under the "Spray Program" section of the 1959 budget of the City of Pasco.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect after its passage
required by law.
